- Support Contract Discounts
- All discounts are valid for 30 days
- All discounts are waived for any and all disputes in the invoices
- After Hours Rate Adjustments
- Rates are based on 9am - 9pm ( your local time )
After hours is 10pm - 7am ( your local time for your shift )
- Rates are based on 8hr turn around
- Rates are 2x for holidays and weekends
- Rates are 1.5x for after hours
- Minimum time is 2hr minimum, including travel time

- ResponseTime Adjustments
- "ResponseTime" is from first arrival at your site
- Number of billable hours includes time to return back to our offices
- The ticket is closed when the original problem is resolved
- If there is a 2nd onsite visit, a new rate schedule is used for the 2nd "response time"
