Linux-Consulting.com Support Rate Schedules

  • Your Invoice Amount will be:
    TotalInvoice = $$$ * NumberHours * Discounts * AfterHours * ResponseTime

  • Support Contract Discounts
    • All discounts are valid for 30 days
    • All discounts are waived for any and all disputes in the invoices

  • After Hours Rate Adjustments
    • Rates are based on 9am - 9pm ( your local time )
        After hours is 10pm - 7am ( your local time for your shift )

    • Rates are based on 8hr turn around
    • Rates are 2x for holidays and weekends
    • Rates are 1.5x for after hours
    • Minimum time is 2hr minimum, including travel time

  • ResponseTime Adjustments
    • "ResponseTime" is from first arrival at your site
    • Number of billable hours includes time to return back to our offices
    • The ticket is closed when the original problem is resolved
    • If there is a 2nd onsite visit, a new rate schedule is used for the 2nd "response time"
